4 Year Preschool, Kindergarten & First Grade

For those applying to our 4 year preschool, Kindergarten or First Grade program, please submit a completed registration form and a signed enrollment agreement with fee. 

4k Preschool registration fee- $100.00. 

Kindergarten registration fee- $300.00

Frist Grade registration fee- $300.00

Learning Center

For those applying to All Day Care, Part Time Care, and/or Before & After School Care, please submit a completed registration form and the $55.00 registration fee.

Summer Camp

For those applying to Summer Camp, please submit a completed Summer Camp registration form and the $80.00 registration fee.

Please provide the following documents along with your registration forms and fees:

• an original birth certificate
• a current immunization record
• legal documents, if applicable
• students with allergies, asthma or other ongoing medical conditions need to provide medication authorization forms signed by the doctor and any needed medication in original container
